Green Map Tampines promotes green awareness among residents of Tampines New Town. Extensive pruning of fruit trees is a distinctive identity for Tampines. This brochure map denotes green areas and fruit trees planted in Tampines New Town.

Green Map Tampines map
The unique folding method is conceptualized from the leaf of Tempinis tree. The name "Tampines" originated from the valuable timber tree Tempinis (Streblus elongatus).
Green Map Tampines is designed with coordination and research support from Mr Ling Kin Joo (National Parks Board) and Ms Wendy Choo Weixia (National Parks Board).
[This project was submitted for "VIS355 Publication Design" module during AY2009/2010 Semester 1 (ADM Year 3 Semester 1). "VIS355 Publication Design" is a Prescribed Studio Elective course offered by Nanyang Technological University (NTU) School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) and was taught by Asst Prof Danne Ojeda Hernandez.]
